It's in used condition, and the only flaw would be some sheen under the arms / elbow area. The fabric itself has a natural slight sheen (not in a silky / mohair kind of way, but a nice lush sheen). The fit is almost identical to Zegna fit Mila, if you're used to those. Quite modern cut compared to regular Paul Stuart.
