Absolutely amazing sport coat from Kiton in size EU52/US42.
I think I don't need to explain about Kiton - literally "the best of the best" according to their expression. The jacket is super comfortable and lapel roll is beautiful as you can see in the photo.
This jacket got huge amount of handwork. It is completely handmade and handsewn everywhere you can imagine.

This is from 2015 S/S collection and in almost NWT condition. I just tried on a few times at home and have kept in my wardrobe. I still have original extra buttons as well.

Cloth

Kiton's fabric is always the best. Cashmere blend(30% cashmere, 30% silk, 25% wool, and 15% linen) - lightweight hopsack fabric for three season except winter. But you can also wear this in winter with a cardigan in my opinion

Chest, pit to pit: 22.25"
Jacket waist: 20.75"
Shoulders, across the back from seam to seam: 18.5"
Length, from bottom of collar: 30.5"
Sleeve length from shoulder to sleeve end: 25" (approx 1.5" extra fabric exists) - Sleeves can be easily let out or shortened because there are only three working buttonholes on each sleeve. Jacket will come with extra buttons so you can add additional buttons if you want
