Kardo is a brand I learned about from NMWA. They design and produce every piece in their own workshop in New Delhi using traditional techniques to craft and dye their clothing. Processes such as block printing, chikankari embroidery and using natural dyes for all their hand loomed fabrics give the garments a soul and ensure the art lives on.

These two "Chintan" long-sleeve shirts are woven on a handloom by the weavers of Udyog Bharti from beautifully textured khadi cotton. The indigo shirt is hand embroidered with flowers by skilled embroiderers from Bengal, using a chain stitch technique called Ari.

The indigo shirt is new with tags. The ecru herringbone shirt has been worn once, and still has original tags.

Both size medium.
Shoulders: 18.25
Chest: 22
Back length: 27.5
Sleeve length: 25.75

BOTH SOLD

[I'm doing a big closet purge. Check out my other listings. Happy to do discounts for multiple items.]
