I have come upon this beautiful shirt, but unfortunately its too small for me. It is used, but looks to be in great condition. I think its way more interesting in real life, and pictures don't do the fabric or texture justice.

Chest - 51.25 cm or so
Waist at middle button - 47.5 cm
Hem buttoned - 49 cm
Shoulder across back - 44.5 cm
Armhole - 24 cm
Sleeve from bottom of collar like jacket - 73.5 cm
Bicep / Arm opening - 16.5 cm (but there is a vent)
