Wholecut Carmina chelsea boots made in a beautiful light grey suede in size 8.5UK on the Rain last on a combination rubber/leather sole. These were produced in a collaboration between Carmina and /r/goodyearwelt on reddit. The uppers are in fantastic shape, and have little to no crocking. There is very little wear on the sole, and outside of some heel drag, these can still be worn for a while.
There is a little bit of separation between the rubber toe and the midsole, but the stitching there holds strong, so this should not be an issue. If it bothers you, a little bit of shoe goo can be put there to seal it. Also, fair warning, the Tomir sole is not as durable as dainite, so if these ever need a resole, you may want to have them resoled to a more durable rubber sole.
Size fits true to UK size. Would work great for a 9.5D brannock, or regular 8.5UK.
