This pair Alden of DC #8 captoe boots on commando (4060HC) are on the Grant last Size in 8.5D. I purchased them direct from Alden of DC years ago but I don't wear them much as they are a little too big (I'm a 8D on Barrie which fits better). The cordovan creasing is due to being large in the forefoot.
FYI, they were restored by Alden free of charge a few years ago as the right boot was pulling away from the welt/sole so you could see the stitching.
Boots and commando tread are in great condition and I always use trees (not included).
Comes with original Alden box and shoe bags. Shoes trees are not included.
