FOR SALE is a high quality and FLAWLESS, in 10/10 condition, BESPOKE SARTORIA ENRICO LIVIO COLOMBO DB BLAZER in a beautiful navy blue colour, that was manufactured in Milan, Italy, and made from a very elegant and breathable 100% lightweight Wool fabric.

This Bespoke Blazer would be a great addition to anyone's garderobe, not only because of its beautiful looks, but also because of its high quality craftsmanship. It is the perfect ensemble for any occasion that requires you to look professional and dapper. The superfine and elegant lightweight 100 % Wool fabric drapes perfectly and does not crease easily despite its weight. Moreover, it is half lined in the back and has also fully unlined sleeves, things which make it really ideal for warm weather conditions letting in that way the wearer to ''breathe'' and feel at ease while wearing this beautiful garment. Probably the blazer was, at that time in 2001, destined to be worn more under the Italian sun (which probably meant to be worn all year round because the Italian sun almost never leaves) and that is why it has so many summer-ish features. You can see how much time they've put into it and that the whole construction is of the highest quality. It is entirely handmade, from all buttonholes to the Full Floating Canvas Construction and the all over chic hand sewn surface with the pick-stitching technique.
This is a very beautiful and unique menswear piece, because it derives from an excellent and renowned Bespoke Tailor in Milan, who has done a beautiful and splendid job on the craftsmanship of the garment. It is AS NEW without any flaws and will always be classic without looking outdated, although it is now almost 20 years old, and I hope that it makes its new owner happy and proud to wear it, and hope that it doesn't go unloved.
Many Details are unknown to me about this garment, because it doesn't have a label about the fabric or its size, apart from the label of the Sartoria and the former owner as you will see from the images down below, but that is, as you may know, a ''classic feature'' of a bespoke garment and the mystery that revolves around it.

CAUTION: You will notice that the shoulders look like they are deformed or something like that, but the truth is that the mannequin is of size 38 US/ 48 EU and therefore the 46 US/ 56 EU blazer does not fit right on it.

  • Outer Material: Not stated in a label, but for sure it is 100% superfine and light Wool. It has such a soft touch, and it is very light weight, ideal for warm weather conditions.
  • Lining Material: The lining's fabric is not stated also in a label, but it has a nice soft touch that for sure is 100% Cupro Bemberg. The lining has a beautiful shiny navy blue colour.
  • Construction: The whole garment is entirely made by hand and sewn together. It has a full floating Canvas Construction (see Image 13 for the full canvas construction in the chest and lapel) that provides a rolling lapel, with the lapels themselves having a chic ''belly'', and has smooth finishing all over. All of the Buttonholes are Handmade, and both of the sleeves have Surgeon Cuffs with 4 navy blue kissing high quality Corozo buttons. The Shoulder Construction of the jacket is very classy by having a little structure with a thin layer of padding, while the shoulder itself being rounded and little extended like most ''Italian Shoulders''. The blazer, as mentioned also in the above description is half lined on the back and unlined in the sleeves and therefore the inner structure, and even the canvas, can be seen from the sides (see Image 19). The blazer also has high cut armholes to provide a big range of movement.
  • Pattern and Colour: The Colour of the jacket is navy blue, a classic blazer color and has no special pattern.
  • Style and Fit: The jacket is a 6 x 2 double breasted, with 2 closing buttons. It has 2 jetted pockets and a chest pocket and also has double back vents. In terms of size it falls between 44/- 46 US or 54/-56 EU and for sure fits close to the body to define a nice figure. Because it is bespoke please check the measurements below and do not rely on the universal size.
  • Condition: The outer and the inner condition of the jacket is EXCELLENT, with NO tears, stains or smells. It is as new and looks like it was not worn many times.
