I don't remember this material anymore, but looking at current selection I would say it is flecked indigo. This one does not have size tag, it was made to order so I guess those are not tagged. Size is same as the other hat that has a tag.

There was a question on the exact colour. It is very difficult to capture on a photo as it changes a lot depending how much there is light. In bright day light colour is very vidid indigo, in normal daylight or well lighted room it is less bright but clearly blue, and then in low light it is quite dark. Here is one additional picture taken in evening light, with some additional items to show reference colours.
