It’s a New with Tags Ralph Lauren Purple Label Suit in 38R from the rare Sartorial Collection.
The Sartorial Collection was released in 2010 and is a step beyond the regular handmade Purple Label. The Sartorial Collection suits feature even more handwork (takes 30 hours to make each suit - bespoke level), have fabrics starting at super 180s, and have special features like a button fly.
This suit is a navy with pinstripes in the Savile Row cut.
The starting retail was $8K for Sartorial Collection suits.
