I liked this style and quality, but the size is too big for my chest girth 40.5. Photo on me is 38R, and it's OK.
I recommend for the best fit use this 40R if your chest girth is 41-42 inch / 102-104 сm.

Chest girth 41' / 104 cm (under the armholes), sleeve length 34' / 86.5 cm along the collar center-shoulder-sleeve line, shoulders (shoulder-center-shoulder-shoulder circumference) - 9.5' + 9.5' / 24cm + 24cm.
