SOLD Edward Green for RLPL black formal monk, rare style, US 12 (UK 11.5)

SOLD

Edward Green for Ralph Lauren Purple Label

Black, plain-toe, single-strap monks.
Hand-beveled waist, closed-channel sole.
The last appears to be similar to the EG 202.
Upper leather in excellent shape, no scratches or marks, only some limited creasing across the vamp.
Size UK 11.5, fits like US 12 D (I'm 12-12.5 C/D on brannock, and they're a perfect fit).

Very unusual and elegant design with parallel quarters and full-wrap strap. Makes for a very clean, formal style, making them a unusual and eye-popping choice for more formal occasions. They're great shoes, impeccably constructed. In my line of work I really only need one pair of formal black shoes, so I'm keeping my Lobb oxfords and downsizing this pair. Enjoy these Northampton masterpieces!

lacquered RLPL lasted trees not included in above sale, but negotiable--contact me if interested.
