Hand made in England
Shoe tree is NOT included.
Condition is Pre-owned. I bought it new and worn about 6 month in rotation. In very good condition.
Make sure you know your shoe size since I do not take return. I feel it fit true to size. For your reference, I wear UK 8E for most other Edward green last and John Lobb lasts (7000 & 8000). UK 8.5E for G&G lasts. US 8.5D for Alden Barrie last.
