  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

By Walid Gabardine Wool Shirt Jacket (L)

Detailing is really great on this piece - pictures absolutely don't do it justice. High quality 'Cool' wool gabardine that makes a great layer or spring summer shirt coat. Light and flowy but still has some heft thanks to fabric. Around 37"-38" back length for optimal flow. Good for a 48-50, tagged L but is fitted through the armholes. By Walid is known for his artisanal pieces and this is one of his most wearable, yet underrated pieces. This piece is extremely high quality all around. Without a doubt the nicest buttons I've ever seen. Glass and textured - they're crazy.

Brand new never worn.

shoulder - 19, pit to pit - 23, back length - 39. but it's cut trim in the sleeves and armholes so it works as a shirt. so of course that means if you want to wear it more as outerwear it will be more fitted than the measurements might indicate. the wool has a bit of give and is forgiving if you enjoy a slimmer fit, though.
