I have up for sale a pair of Clinch by Brass Tokyo Lace-up Cap Toe boots in a size 10 US*

The boots have only been worn twice and are in excellent, almost-new condition. The boots were custom ordered in person at Brass Tokyo's shop in Japan, but regrettably I feel like I've mis-sized these boots by a half size so I would rather move them on in order to get another pair in the right size.

The boots are in a black latigo over-dye leather with a light-brown stitch throughout the uppers. The mid-sole is in natural with an O'Sullivans rubber half-sole which is incredibly comfortable. There are brass eyelet/hook configurations as well as heel pull-loops on the shaft.

The boot is on Brass 'Work Round' Last which has a more bulbous toe, but it is a little wider than some of their other lasts. I would say width wise it is a very comfortable D width with a little room for variation of socks thickness.

Brass in known for there incredible attention to detail and construction and these are the nicest boots I've handled in person period which is why it pains me to list these. All that side, fit is most important to me and at the price of these boots I don't want to compromise. The boots are handwelted and the level of craftsmanship is obvious upon seeing them let alone handling them.

These boots were $1475 (given exchange rate) along with a 8 month wait for custom orders.

*I will give you my best sizing advice as I have owned boots from a good number of mid to high end brands

I am a 10D US brannock

Alden:

Trubalance: 9.5D
Barrie: 9.5D or E (depending on leather)

Viberg:

2030: 9.5
310: 9.5

Whites:

Semi-Dress: 9.5D

I knew going in that I had to size up for Clinch as most reports are accurate in that the brand runs small compared to US/UK sizing. Most people advise sizing up a full size, but where I made the mistake of sizing up from Brannock, I should have sized up from my normal BOOT size which is 9.5. Thusly, these are a half size too big for me.

So if you are a BOOT size 10D/E (brannock 10.5) or UK 9.5, these will fit you well.

No Trades. I'm simply looking to move these on and order the right size when I go back to Japan later this year.

I will gladly entertain SERIOUS inquiries/offers and can work with you on price. Low ball offers won't even be considered. I will ship CONUS only. IMG_1866.jpeg IMG_1867.jpeg IMG_1868.jpeg IMG_1869.jpeg IMG_1870.jpeg IMG_1871.jpeg
