I ordered this pair from Skoaktiebolaget early November 2015. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the MTO fee then was 10% and Enzo Bonafes were slightly cheaper. I'll be letting this go for slightly below how much I paid for it — 4870sek which is around 560usd, and I'll throw in free shipping, and a new 100g tin of green Saphir Medaille d'Or Shoe Polish (if it's allowed by customs).
