It came with a used Seiko that I purchased but it does not fit my 8" wrist
I have to use the last hole, I wore it a few times.
width is 13/16" which converts to a hair under 21mm
length is 4 11/16 & 2 13/16 for a total of 7.5" or 190mm
Thickness is 3mm
