  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

Found these also during the move. Tempted to list these as new, as I have no memory of even once wearing them, but the photos do show some very mild creasing on the uppers and on the leather part of the outsole (the commando treads look completely unscathed though). Did I try these on and wear them around the house before putting them away for 5+ years? Who knows! (I certainly don't).

Anyway, I have zero memory of where I got these from and for how much (the only trace of these I can find is there was a listing that sold them for $650 in Japan but c'mon, that's just dumb). So I'll list them for $300 shipped to the Continental US and see what happens. It looks like I poached the laces to use for another pair of boots, so be aware that you will need some laces. They really are a nice pair of boots, I just have too many wingtips that already look like these.

These will come with the original box and shoe bags, but just know that it looks as if there was some laundry detergent spilled on the lid of the box. It didn't get to the boots at all (or the shoe bags the boots were stored in) but I thought that's worth mentioning. Let me know if you'd like a photo of that and I'll be happy to supply one.
