Alden Cigar/"Tobacco" Shell Boot 8.5D, 379x Last, Commando sole, Blue Blue Japan

I picked these up from Japan, still in Alden box labelled "Tobacco", which I believe is the translation of Cigar. The patina makes it look like Cigar in places, Color #4 in other places. Photos included are indoors and outdoors. These are well-used with beautiful rolls, but in excellent shape. They are model 460020c, from Blue Blue Japan store. Pretty rare. Commando soles in good condition, lots of life left before needing a resole.This was when I was still exploring lasts and sizes, and though these still fit, I'd prefer a half size up. For reference, I am a 9D in TB, but with enough room that an 8.5D can work with thin socks. 9D in 379x fits me ever so more snugly in the back than 9D TB, but with more room up front.
