These are the ur-jean for me: high-waisted and straight-legged in a way that is quite hard to find and is not offered by any other A.P.C. cuts, with a reinforced waistband that doesn't stretch (unlike the usual A.P.C. denim) and small, considerate tweaks to the design that make them refined and suitable for dressing up.
This pair was picked up in Paris as a gift for me and worn with elan for a brief period during the Fall and Winter of '22 and '23. Sadly I soon outgrew them and have finally accepted I will not be fitting back into them. There are the usual areas of wear found with raw denim. I have tried to capture the key areas of wear in the photos, but these are not exhaustive. They have been drycleaned once. There are no rips, stains, etc., save for some schmootz close to the hem of the left left that appears to have made it into the drycleaning (pictured). Presumably this can be removed.
