Wolverine 1000 mile 744 LTD boot, in genuine shell cordovan in Horween color #449 (a beautiful rich, light cigar brown or mahogany) perforated cap toe boot. Made by Allen Edmonds for Wolverine. I bought these as new factory seconds off of Ebay about two years ago, and they've been well-worn since. They are my personal favorite in terms of patina.
I believe they were listed as seconds because of color variation on back right heel counter and between the two tongues- but frankly it's why I like them so much, and it's never bothered me. I've taken the photos in the sun; I think the special character of this particular shell comes through. There are scuffs around the shaft of both boots and the toe, from typical use. They've *never* been conditioned or resoled, and they could likely use a good cleaning, especially around the edges. I have not babied them, using them for anything from light hiking to casual work. They are priced accordingly.
