What tie is appropriate to wear as a wedding guest?

By Synthese, Apr 8, 2016 | |
  1. Q. What is an appropriate tie to wear as a guest? Is it a wedding tie? Just something conservative? I'm not talking about formal/black tie weddings, just something you wear with a suit (semi-formal?).

    A. Yes, when wearing a suit, a wedding tie is an appropriate tie to wear as a guest. Options include:

Kent Wang - RTW wedding ties
Sam Hober - MTO/Custom wedding ties
Vanda Fine Clothing - MTO wedding ties

Standard patterns to rely on include: shepherd's check, houndstooth, Prince-of-Wales, and glen plaid.
