Question: Quick polishing question...I have a pair of Alden Indy boots in the deep brown (can't remember the exact name) and used some boot conditioner (made by Alden looks neutral color pretty creamy texture) on the boot. After I buffed the cream off a few hrs later there was obviously dry conditioner in the small cracks where the boot is broken in and they are a pain to clean out. What do you guys do recommend for care and maintenance of the Indy boot? Thanks.

Answer: I don't like to treat my Indys too gently (I actually regret polishing them in the first place, now I just use conditioner), but if you're really concerned I would use a toothbrush for that purpose.
