Depends how the stuff is shipped, By UPS with the full value declared, very likely. I have had better luck with FedEx and no-one ever complained to me about a package that was sent with USPS.

If I wear a 9.5 UK in MIE shoes, what size should I get in these. Should I size down from the Italian/EU size. Basically buy the the 9UK/10US ...

    Thanks for your help

Can anyone comment on the leg opening width of the Borrelli trousers on sale at STF? The slimmest fitting pants I've worn are probably Mabitex, and those are around 8" at the leg opening and are very slim. I'm looking at the measurements on the site for these 32/48 pants, and the width at the cuff is supposedly 6.75"? That just seems impossible.

Sometimes the measurements and sizing on these Italian brands are bizarre. I've found that it's not uncommon to have disproportionate measurements - note the waist measurement is 33.25". I bet the seat/hips are disproportionately snug too, and that hem width... yes it's realistically possible.

+1. the slimmest i have are in fact borrellis from STF, but they were 7.5 i think, and they are super slim. i imagine that 6.75 would practically hug the ankle.

@ minervau - i would say to take a pair you have now, and pin the cuff at that size to test if you are comfortable with it.

Not one stitch of alterations (aside from putting the buttons on).
