Didn't click on it.

Back on topic, the picture JD posted is exactly what I am looking for but no one seems to be selling them at the momment. The slimfit/skinny are a lot easier to locate.

I am afraid I do not. Sorry. They're pretty ******* awesome though, I wish I'd picked up a backup pair so I wouldn't have to struggle with myself over whether to taper these.

Don't. Get a pair of the slim fits. This seasons they fit true to size (same as the regular fits that you have), unlike FW08, (when they fit really slim at the thighs and had a low rise, and you would want to size up 1.)

I really like the higher rise. These jeans remind me a TON of my Dior 19cms, which are probably going to have to be sold now.

What kind of shrinkage can you expect on these? I generally wear a 32 inseam and see that Peasant's got a 32 as their lone available size in the straight leg. Would I best be advised to try and find a longer inseam?

I can get one up. I also wore these to the SF meetup and I don't know if anyone took pics. I guess I'll be selling my 19cms now. The main difference fit wise (the leg openings are the same.. 19cm on a size 33) are deeper inset pockets and a higher rise. They also aren't selvage, but I don't give a ****. The big appeal to me is the price though. $209 retail for a MIJ denim with the fit of a 19cm and no discernible difference in quality?

Thing is the top block of these is a literally perfect fit. No stretching required, no nothing. From the knee down they're good but I generally like a little more taper. If the slims fit the same in the top block then great, but if they're lower rise or slimmer I'm better off with a 2nd pair of these tapered if I can find them.

they are very 'roomy' in the top block for a slim jean.

Did Mauro ever land those grey (slim fits?) that we were all drooling over a week or so back? I seem to remember him or Albert mentioning that they didn't recall ordering them in the grey.

I'd definitely grab a pair.

They are actually a little higher rise than my classic fits (size 30). I sized down one for those, and then sized up one (32) for the narrows, because I mistakenly assumed that they would be as low and slim as the FW08 ones. Wrong-o. They are not, and now I am exchanging them for my true size (31). I think that you would do okay with the same size in the classic fits as for the narrow fits (SS09).

we don't have the greys, sorry.

there are two models of the narrow fit - those with selvage and those without. I don't think there's any fit/construction/denim differences other than the selvage? not sure...
