William Halstead Millionaire wool, Woodhouse hopsack, Loro Piana fabrics

    Super 180's "Millionaire" wool, grey twill, 8/9oz. Retail is $350+a yard, my price $325 for the 4 yard piece, will also sell 2 yard piece for trousers for $175.

    Taylor and Lodge superfine wool/linen. Blend is 60 linen/ 40 wool. Lightweight, great summer/spring trousers, sportcoat or suit. Finish is dry and smooth. $60/yard

    Holland and Sherry lambswool/silk blue/white Donegal, 11/12oz. 2 yard piece (actually 1 yard 34 inches), 62 inch width. $100 (SOLD)

    Loro Piana blue (a shade or two lighter than navy) super 120's wool hopsack. Finish is soft and silky. A ridiculously beautiful fabric for a sportcoat. 10/11oz. $80/yard (SOLD)

    Woodhouse Super 180's wool and cashmere blue with white stripes. This is a lightweight fresco-like weave, ideal for spring/summer. Would make an outstanding summer suit in a super luxe fabric that is no longer available. $80/yard (SOLD)

    How much yardage is typically required to make a pair of pants?

    The LP hopsack is not suitable for pants and typically 1.5 yards is enough for a pair of pants.
