Should I include the heft of *******? What about whether I shat yet or not? That can add +- 5lbs to my compound lifts!

Of course when I do chinups pullups I love to remind people that I weigh 350 lbs and therefore am lifting a fuckton more weight than the pencilneck who can chin infinitely more than me
