When was this oxxford suit made?

    I asked the same question last week, as I have two 44R's to sell on ebay.

    They are 3-button, navy blue and charcoal. The cut looks modern, but if they had turned out to be 30 years old or something, I would like to disclose that in the auction.

    I guess the Gotham is a model that has been around for a while.

    You can email the factory with the numbers from the inside tag.  I've done this before and they've been excellent at responding.

    It's definitely vintage. But I wouldn't worry about it much, with Oxxford it doesn't really matter. From the pics, I like the cut a lot better than some of their current models.

    It's probably from the 80's, but as Mr. Harris stated, vintage Oxxford is just fine and certainly at the price you picked it up for... [​IMG] koji

    Great suit. For $31, insane. I bet the buttons are worth more than that. I wouldn't worry about the cut, it looks modern.

    What dates it as Vintage? The tags? or the actual cut of the suit? I'm just curious. Oxxford has been pretty consistent in the quality of their construction throughout the years right?
