Just finished S3 of Ray Donovan. Jon Voight is awesome in this one.

Walton Goggins was awesome in the shield too. He's really good at playing a tranny and at a feminine prancey guy on vice principals. Is he teh gay?

Think he's been married more than once and he seems quite popular with the ladies.

Broadchurch is good too. Nice soundtrack as well.

Now picking up where I stopped on Doctor Who. Mid S04 atm.

Enjoying this season of Ray Donovan too, although last episode was a bit weird.

Season 1 was solid, Season 2 was ok, Season 3 was pretty bad, Season 4 rebounded pretty nicely, Season 5 was strong (though the ending went sideways in a weird way).

Claire Danes is a good actress, but watching her cry gets old after a while. Oh, and Morena Baccarin's tittays are :slayer:

Season 1 of Homeland should've been a miniseries with a different ending, the rest are garbage.

Liked S1 a lot and we lost interest and gave up after S2. May have to give it another shot after Donovan if it gets good again.

Somehow finally got myself to watch Stranger Things. It starts off kind of slow and annoying but by episode 4 or 5 I was finally really interested. I'll return for season 2.

I'm on episode 6 of stranger things after starting it last night.

Only made it through two eps last night before I was too scurred to proceed. The midnight thunderstorm we got certainly did not help.

    :embar:

It's pretty good so far. Just a couple minor lazy writing tropes that got on my nerves but it's a damn solid show so far.

I had tropes in my attic once. Hardly slept. Finally got them with strychnine pineapple slices.

Started 11.22.63 last night and it's entertaining enough after the first episode.

Watching teletubbies on the noggin app with my daughter right now and, man, this shit really sucks without drugs.

Netflix should stop paying studios to play their tv shows / movies and instead use the funds to produce more original content. All the other shows and movies on there suck hairy horse cock.

There's some stuff on there I've liked...

    Freaks and geeks
    Battlestar galactica
    Hell on wheels
    Longmire
    Dr who
    Rockford files
    SOA
    Breaking bad
    Sherlock
That detective shit with idris elba i can't remember the name of right now
Probably some other shit I'm forgetting

It's slim pickings especially once you've watched all of them but there are some good options

Always good for popping on an episode of Frasier or some random 70s show, etc....
