I had a great sparing day today - did 5 rounds with one guy, and then spared with my coach for a few rounds. he is a 62 year old ex-pro boxer. with my coach, I got in a beautiful body shot and dropped him like a sack of potatoes. its not the first time I've knocked somebody to the canvas since I started boxing, but it is the first time with a body shot. it wasn't even that hard a shot, just really well positioned.
