    Huh, haven't seen the Stinger pop up in a while.

    Drinking a Cheerwine cocktail myself. 2 oz gin, 3/4 oz lime juice, rocks, and fill the highball glass with Cheerwine (an NC soda). Hopefully it's good luck for the Panthers game- all ya'lls NFL teams suck.

    Not sure what OB means in this context, but it's great! Not sure it's good enough to justify the premium it was sold for, but I was splurging...stumbled on it in a nice shop in Vienna a couple years ago and had a bunch of gig euros burning a hole in my pocket haha. Don't pull it out that often, but I was in a particularly fine mood last night.

    @nahneun - who, me?

    ^Official bottling, i.e. from the distillery/company itself. As opposed to an independent bottling, where the distillery/company sold barrels to, well, an independent bottler.

    Ah gotcha, yeah, the "Manager's Choice" bottles were a Diageo thing, and the Laga is generally considered the finest of them all. Very rare and sought after by some malt nerds.

    I had some 1989 inchgower (bottled 2013. Quite oaky, a little bit of that clynelish like spices with a nice soft almost hidden Sherry finish) and that new (?) auchentoshan three wood (a little underpowered but lovely rich Sherry notes)
