I bought my White's Semi-Dress from LineGear, took about 5 weeks.

I just ordered the Wesco Jobmasters from Big Black Boots. Lead time is 13 weeks.

I would check out the Shoes that look better with age thread over at Superfuture. I believe Bill who posts in that thread can do special orders, but I'm not 100%.

both have websites where they will send you kits and you can custom measure your own feet and send it in and purchase boots directly. Whites have to be measured to order as far as I know, but wescos do not. It is well worth it to get them custom ordered if you are going to spend this much money on a pair of boots since the measuring fee is only about 70.00 I think. I have been waiting 10 weeks for my custom wescos and only have three more to go. That is the painful part!

You can order direct from Wesco online. Stompers is sometimes cheaper, though (www.stompersboots.com), even for made to order.
