Actually, I don't. But what made you deduce that?

The lacing gap is too wide. A pair of perfect fit shoes would have no gap at all. Admittedly finding RTW that fits perfectly can be hard, so it's acceptable to have some gap. But what you have there is one of the largest gaps I've ever seen for dress shoes/boots.

Oh, lol. I didn't adjust the lacing before taking the picture. I've only worn this pair once and had loosened the lacing last night. I haven't left the house yet, but have made sure they've been adjusted properly now. Here's a better picture:

The amount of gap is not a good sign of how the shoe fit, not for me anyway. I have a very high instep and this means that i will have a gap even if i took a 8.5E instead of 7.5e that is my size. I posted this pic earlier here...the shoe is very comfortable, the first time i wore them i had them on for 5-6h and walked a couple of km without sore feet.

Those just simply don't fit. This is NOT how balmorals should look like when being worn.

Well, if the length is right and the width is comfortable, its relatively okay. Sometimes its just hard to fit the instep girth.
