Ignore the standard "I will kill you for taking my picture face". Taking the new jacket out for a test-drive, Icelandic style. Top of a small mountain in the general vicinity of Oddi, tommorrow: Esja!

Bottom half, finally justified buying these boots.

Yeah, gillet, jacket and bag are barbour, sweater from fjallravn, pants from NAF. Socks are no-name icelandic brand, itchy as shit but warmer than a charcoal fire.

YAY! for royal blue. A sadly underused color around here.
Sup, Man Mountain Dean? Looking quite rustic these days.

Rambo using the word YAY just sounds plain wrong.

Cardigan looks great. Makes me want to buy one (I don't own any cardigans at all - never have).

The let out in the waist has done big things here IMO. Much more relaxed looking.

Now this is perfect. I can see why the SW&D guys rave on about your fits Synth.

Never owned a jacket like this but i'd be keen to give one a shot having seen this.

Still don't really like that first jacket on you but the 2nd one is a WAY BETTER look.

Have you started photoshopping David Reeves' head onto yours now?

Pretty sure I've worn this exact thing in a WAYWT before. Sorta f/w uniform for days I want to wear a tie but not a suit. Sorry for instagram

Some really nice stuff over the past couple of days.

I like it when the SW&D lads come into this thread to play; adds a fresh perspective to the styles we see and there's always something different about their interpretations of classic items that makes for interesting outfits.
