    1. What are your thoughts on wearing a white colored tie with a tuexedo instead of a bowtie to a formal event?(or any other tie not black?)

    2. Is a black cumberbund acceptable with a white tie?

    3. I only have one of those pre-made bowties...is that a worse or better option than a white tie with a tuxedo?

Anything but black would be bad; white worst of all. White ties are for white tie.

No. It is never acceptable with "white tie", i.e. tails. And since white ties are not acceptable with "black tie" (dinner jackets), it can't be worn with a white tie, ever.

    Much, much better.

If you don't want the traditional combination black bow tie and cumberbund try replacing the cumberbund with a vest. I've done black tie with a blackwatch pattern vest, black vest/tie and a silver vest with either matching tie or black.

If the event is black tie then that is what you wear, it the invitation say formal then you can get away with the tie ytou want but should probably still go with a bowtie anyways since that is probably what tyhe mojority of the other men will be wearing and it would make you stand out not matching them.

It seems you're a Mantoni groupie, minion, monkey, whatever. In any event, I have the greatest confidence that you will live a full life even if you never hear the Great Man utter another word.

I believe the preferred term is "sycophant."
