Yeah, is this one of those "banned by request" posts? Then you can come back and we can rain hell on you.

Ha ha ha. I wish. I just decided that this thread was not the correct venue for my slightly in bad taste joke.

Try the avatar now, I think a couple of directories needed to be set to be writeable and they are now.

    Thanks!

Connemera was a bit too forthcoming.

    Why did Jovan leave?

Yes, I banned him permanently, his attitude and behavior (some of this was in private) was ... not acceptable. I don't want to disparage people who don't have access to rebut, so I will leave it at that.

I spamminated Hortensia Krishna. Note: playing on the Transparent Moderation thread is a good way to get banned. Since his short 7 posts were all riffs on the Vaclava Krishna schtick (also getting old, btw), I decided to just spamminate him instead of leaving his posts around.

I've also banned Connemara permanently, for obvious reasons. I chose not to spamminate him so that his posts can easily be seen by anyone who wonders why he got the boot.

I only find krishna-talk tiresome when others ape it (Conne was the biggest offender here), VK himself keeps me coming back for more, because his topic-matter always seems to be so demented, its not just a comma thing ("ivory-league"? that's comedy!).

    just my two cents.

Hmph. Sorry I stuck up for someone who was apparently less than gentlemanly (wasn't referring to Connemara). Giving too much benefit of the doubt is an error I must take pains to correct.

    Regards,
    Huntsman
