Hmm, weird. I tried to use a promotion to set it so that people would need 45 days to be able to start a thread in B&S, but it seems like it may not have worked right. I just changed a couple of things, is it still a problem?

Good, thanks. It's hard to tell which usergroup permissions are going to override which, but hopefully there aren't any other problems.
