    ^ Don't trust any of those edits- the thing that really grates- and food network is also guilty of this... is how they edit together what is purportedly somebody's reaction to a comment then when you see the full scene it's not.

    Misleading and it sucks.

    I kept watching him and just can't understand why he would be a judge. Other than being a douchebag, he never says anything insightful, he has a very fake way of talking, and up until this final episode, he would have these weird patterns where he would either consistently follow a complement with a criticism, or sandwich a complement between two criticisms. That's fine sometimes, but this was a consistent pattern of his. He's also awkward and emotionally dead when he has to candidly interact with people. I really can't stand him.
