Could be wrong, but FatCatPhil may be referring to this piece, as seen on FourPins today:

Ok, but we have to start pretending something else instead. Maybe that aliens are real and they've invaded Korea, and Drew is a mad scientist-turned-superhero leading a ragtag group of mom-and-pop jacket makers in a struggle against the encroaching forces of darkness that seek to engulf the world and enslave humanity.

And here y'all are complaining about lead times, pebble grain, and zipper pulls when the fate of the universe is at stake. Don't you feel petty. :plain:

Yeah I thought that I might like lamb suede more for a jacket as well, but I've never handled the lamb suede and either would be really nice imo.

Quote: While that does look really nice, I'd say that the APC x Louis W suede jackets for SS'15 look better than this. There are some nice pictures on end.

This guy's customized baseball jacket from back in the day looks amazing and idk if I like this design or the stock design more.

Question, if I placed 3 or 4 orders right now, you guys think that'd be crazy? Also are there 3-way zippers available?

I don't know. I was on the fence about keeping my spots. I figured if I could get my money back for them, great; but if not, I'll get my jackets. Not the end of the world.

Unless the aliens win. Then it actually is the end of the world.

Then it doesn't matter if I sold my spots, have jackets in hand, or have them in the queue. You leave me with much to think about, Mr. with it.

so charly got back to me with the measurements for my 2013 DR and he suggested a 16.7" shoulder (I have a body measured 16.75" shoulder)

should the shoulders (on a calf jacket especially) be so dead-on?

i requested a slim fit with enough room underneath to wear a lightweight sweater

Considering that jackets are being delivered recently, I'd say this is a bit melodramatic. More accurate to say that anyone who places an order or buys a spot now is a risk taker.

Doesn't change the fact that the whole thing is a total train wreck, but the outcome is still up in the air.

He has given advice to maybe 1000+ people's jackets, he knows what he's talking about.

Stop worrying so much, trust his suggestions for measurements.

You probably should design your own jacket and send to him to copy so its spot on.
