They were quick to reply about the couple of weeks noise, but still haven't emailed me about the refund. I guess I'll be black listed for refunding my jacket but oh well. I would keep waiting if it was a leather but since it's a varsity it's just water under the bridge.

Why would it matter if you're blacklisted at this point?

Just received a black goat A2 off B&S and already have a black lamb MDR. Have a leather MA-1 on order - should I switch it to a TOJ0? Worried about the A2 and the MA-1 being too similar.

It's better if delivered on time :stirpot:

But seriously, this is subjective and will depend on the person's preference.

After selling my Acne Oliver Leather Jacket, I don't have a calf leather in rotation anymore.

Well.. It finally arrived. QBCDR Ordered June 30th, 2013, received address confirmation on the 18th of September, and it arrived September 30th, 2014. Picked it up had the post office today.

    Thoughts:

There is no denying the quality. I have leathers from Levi's M&C, Steven Alan, rag & bone, BASCO, Theory, and BOO. None of them "feel" like the SLPs, Balmains, or Margielas I've tried on. They just don't have the same weight. They are all great quality IMO and all have held up very well, but they don't feel heavy off the hanger. This one does.

*side-note* Obviously, I'm not crazy about the creasing near the neck, but what are you gonna do.. It's a steal at $780.

I wanted something quilted. I was going for the Balmain/Burberry Prorsum look. The jacket is beautiful, but the lapels are unwieldy. So we'll see. Hopefully they'll relax and start to look natural. If I could do it all over again, I'm not sure I'd get something different, but I would maybe lean towards the QMDR.

It's a beaut! what is SLP? So it sounds like you are very happy with the quality compared to the top designers yes?

When I was recommended sizing for my toj0 order I was told to go size 50 with 46 lengths at 5'9 165 lbs

The lapels do chill out eventually, but they don't really fold out like those of the DR. Jacket looks good.
