I think it looks good. I didn't mean to start an extensive analysis of his outfit as followed, just giving friendly advice to not have the zipper so high...

For how much longer is TOJ taking orders? I'd really like to get a fitted TOJ0 13

No one knows exactly, not long at all. Just order it. You can alter measurements later.

So I'm new to this, but I read some of the recent posts on their tumblr and they said that the A-2 was being discontinued, yet some of the recent posts in this thread have mentioned ordering them recently or something? So are they still available to order?

If so, a few questions (please don't be too hostile; I've read through some of the last pages and y'all are downright brutal haha):

I really, really like willy cheesesteak's fit:

What kind of fit is that - tight or slim? Somewhere in between?

Also, what color and type of leather is that? And what are the differences between lamb, goat, and unglazed goat leathers?

^ That's a brown lamb A2 and it's available for order for maybe 1 or 2 more weeks.

It's made to measure, so you follow the instructions in this link and they will make one for you. http://johncoppidge.tumblr.com/howtoorder

You can tell them you want it slimmer or more relaxed, but be careful as the house cut is pretty slim already.

    The jacket is still available.

The fit; I would consider slim, not tight. It is brown lamb with silver zippers.

Here is a post on leather types and here is a post on the goat.

Yeah the jacket is still available to order until the end of cutoff, recently placed an order even after checking the tumblr post saying it was discontinued

Also you should know that it now only comes with the optional half length placket and not the 3/4 length like in willy's fit. Suede name tag is also optional

Why would you think it'd be Charly's decision?

I hope it takes a long time for my next jacket to ship. I'd rather live out the summer in anticipation of its arrival than watch it languish on my couch while the outside temperatures hover around the triple-digit mark for the next month and a half.

The correct answer is to risk overloading the power grid for the entire city of new york while doing irreparable damage to the environment by blasting your air conditioner night and day until it shoots snowflakes for the sole purpose of wearing your new toj around the house.

***...NEWSFLASH...*** Catastrophe strikes New York in the form of a massive blackout...

I hear ya, it's been hovering around 30C all this week, too hot for a jacket of any sort. I must be one of the few people in London wishing it'd stop being so sunny.

Feels like 40+ here everyday. Can't wait to wear the ma-1 and feel like a marshmallow when it cools down [IMG]

How hard is it to train the BCDR lapels to sit like this:

    instead of this:

Worried about how floppy it will be in lamb when open. Looks so good zipped though.
