Trying to decide between suiting wool charcoal MA-1 and leather (black lamb) MA-1 for my second order.

If you can afford to buy the black lamb, this shouldn't even be a question.

I'm personally not a huge fan of the wool suiting material on MA-1, I think most go that route due to the lower price point.

But if you can do it, go big.

Kind of, but I am mostly interested in how the jacket will wear (destroy?) with its nice suiting wool material.

If you can afford a leather, go leather. Lamb ma-1 is great

What do you folks plan to do in your MA-1's? Roll around in the dirt? Stick to doing bad boy shit.

I'm 22. I will do stupid things whether I intend to or not.
Kind of related, but I've presented a project back in college. Basically flight-related stuffs with fluffier feel to it. Poly-filled puffy white MA-1, loose jumpsuit. You know, lame college student ideas (it was called Cloud Dancer :embar: I cringe at just thinking about the title). Anyways, I had forgotten about it, then some guy here posted his experience on his wool MA-1 as something like wrapped in cloud. I knew I had to grab one. I might paint some clouds on the jacket too.

Is it odd that I sent the payment, and haven't received word from them for the last 12 hours?

Don't worry, you'll eventually get a confirmation from Paypal saying you sent a payment to Drew Keith.

Either that or check your PP account to make sure the payment was successful.

Looking over the gallery is this the only guy to order a MDR with black/low key zips?

Might be taking a leap here but seems to give it a bit more of an understanded style that might go better with collared shirts/slightly more formal than the silver? Of course starting at TOJ pics for a while now, could just be imagining things.

Pretty much all ToJ jackets go well with a button up.

I believe that's the ADR. I was interested in it too a while back but it's been discontinued. No button snaps on lapels and scalloped hem. I personally really like the design.
