I went with no quilt for the reason you stated. Plus, I keep envisioning my 30ish y/o self, and I just don't want to be that guy who has the super aggressive jacket. But that's also just me, and I know I couldn't pull it off easily. I think it will work for many different people

Go longer in the lengths and wider at the waist that you might normally.

No quilt, regardless of which one is "more aggressive", I just think it looks better that way.

just to make sure, are these the same jackets with the same material (diesel blue calf suede)?
on the first ones the color looks more greyish than on the last ones which are more blue or is it just the lighting?

That's the nature of suede...it has different hues depending on lighting and how it brushes.

I went with Steel Grey, I can't wait. It will look awesome.

Now to finalize details on my lamb MDR

Since this is the end, I feel like people are really reaching into the bag and ordering some badass combos, be nice to see the final results in 4 months or so.

Run em'. They smooth out after use. I'm sure you could lube em too but mine just smoothed out on their own.

This is what it's going to look like in real life. I'm going to assume you'll know what I mean when I say that the "lighter blue" pictures have too much purple in them, and need to be color corrected so that the colors are a little warmer (more yellow/green).

They'll smooth out in time as you use the zipper, don't do anything to them.

How dark is the navy lamb? Considering getting that in the QDR as my final TOJ jacket. It's either that or the QDR in unglazed black goat with gold zip. Any thoughts?

Yeah, it's honestly one of the sickest set of photos for that jacket, let alone that color. LUH DAT.

Edit: I thought there were some photos of a navy QDR and some guy wearing it in an alley, but I don't see those photos there. THOSE photos are bomb-mom.
