It's really polarized some white girls look 45 at 18 and other look 18 at 45. There is no in between.

    Where are the parents at?

I still remember a story I heard 15 years ago. A guy a friend knew had gone to a club hooked up with a girl, who was drinking etc. Fast forward a month text ticks in "Hey, would you like to come to my 13th birthday". :uhoh:

    LOL

Ttamyh: bought Jimi Hendrix best-of for $6.99 at some checkout counter as impulse purch. "Well, I listened to this album 9000 times when I was 13 and he gets pretty good play on FM/XM classic rock but what the hell." holy shit did I forget the # of sick tunes he has! FM/XM just does purple haze, watchtower and maybe hey joe. Been ripping to work blasting voodoo child, 6 was 9. Great start of the day ripper. Lots of bluesy stuff on there too.

A lot of it has to do with UV exposure. The more fun in the sun you have without dat sunscreen, the more your skin aging accelerates.

A lot of them look like they have never seen the sun. I think smoking amd low muscle mass is mostly at fault.

Smoking isn't that prevalent amongst younger folks in America anymore. I still maintain it's sun exposure (even from everyday walking and commuting) and binge drinking on the weekends and throughout college.

I heard on NPR yesterday that smoking among American teenagers is down to like 9 percent. That's pretty awesome.

It was within the context of a story about French teenagers, where the smoking rate is like 40 percent. Gross.

Dang, even 9% sounds high to me. I woulda pegged it at the low single digits.

No way. I'm surprised it is that low - maybe they're not including vaping.

Did they count the ones who put tobacco in their joints ;)

I've noticed that most of the ones looking really old for their age is either fatties or selleri and threadmill size 0's with zero muscle mass, who can't even lift a carrot stick.

Smoking is a class thing these days so the illuminati of SF are not likely to hang with most smokers.

Yeah, vaping isn't included in these statistics. I wouldn't be surprised if nicotine use is up even with the drop in smoking.

Yes, it was definitely just tobacco smoking, not vaping.

This all reminds me of an event from my lifehistory that I am just now reminded of. I said to a person "I use to smoke hell of cigarettes to the tune of two and a half packs a day." The person replied by saying "Oh I've never heard that tune it must be in one of those genres I don't listen to like Show Tunes or Bolly Wood." Some of you who know me know that I'm a nice fella and I didn't want to embarrass the person for not recognizing that I used a idiom. And so right there on the spot I invented a tune called "Two and a Half Packs a Day" and sang it aloud.
