Yeah, about that... As of right now it looks like the only free time I'll have will be a Saturday. The schedule for the wedding is funky, so it looks like I'll get in Wednesday night, do pre-wedding stuff Thursday, attend the wedding Friday, explore town Saturday, and leave Sunday.

Other than the wedding Friday, nothing is locked in yet, but that's how it's all trending.

I'll actually be up there that weekend, visiting a friend of mine (he's the Homeland Security guy I mentioned when you came down). We're going to some embassy party, pretty sure I can get you and MrsG in there. Send me a pm.

That's a possibility. I'll be in touch when I know for certain what my schedule will be like.

Nice! That would be badass. We were talking about trying to get out to do something unique as a date night while we were there, especially since my mom will be around to watch LowerCaseG, and that would definitely qualify.

I recently went a couple of days without shaving. Sometimes I do that and I think I look pretty good, sort of like Stan Lane. (I am not really Stan Lane, I'm just saying that I remind myself of him, you know?) But then I eventually shave and realize that no, I didn't actually look that good at all. I was just rationalizing, or believing what I wanted to believe with the aid of false reasoning. But now that I've shaved, I look better for real.

I'll second that L'Incandescent. The process however has become much more enjoyable with the acquisition of a new Dovo straight razor

Okay, I'm not a man of snap judgments, but neither am I a man who's gonna let false judgments persist in the public sphere (shrinking violet). Some of y'all have got poor taste in '90s rock/country rock women. Yes, that includes all of you who piped up about Shirley Manson.

this might make me a bastard, or it might be perfectly normal shadenfruend - I have two ex-girlfriends who are my facebook friends. in general, I wish them well in life, we ended on good terms, although in both cases I probably would have wanted to continue the relationship longer then they did.

anyway, I really enjoy seeing what losers their husbands are, and how ugly and stupid their kids are, on facebook. sorry, I know that is petty of me, but espectially the one that told me that she really wanted a husband who could give her good looking kids and she didn't think I had it in me, I love looking at pictures of her ugly kids.

jeez, anyone who would say something that mean and bitchy to your face deserves at least a "how now, motherfucker" poast on one of her family pics. although I suppose it's unnecessarily cruel to the kids
