    it's way too obvious like that though. Some people, like dolphins, are going to be extremely unhappy. Others, not so much.

    I must admit, I had to look 'biltong' up on the interwebz. I thought maybe it was Australian slang for something.

    When it is freshly cut it has the flavor (if it is good), of good prosciutto, but beefier and more substantial in texture. It's basically beef jerky but far, far superior to anything you get in the states. It's my favorite thing about South Africa.
