    My friend convinced me to have a "movie night" with some friends this evening at my place. I am dreading it actually. I really hate hanging out in apartments unless it is my own and I am alone. This is throwing off my entire routine and it's bringing me such anxiety.

    there's about 30 mg of CLA in 100 g of beef, but you need about 3000 mg per day for health benefits (conservative estimate). That would mean you would need to eat about 10 kg or about 22 pounds of grass fed beef PER DAY to get enough for health benefits. one study claims you need at least 620 mg/day to start seeing the smallest observable benefit for cancer. that would be about 2 kg or 4.4 pounds of grass fed beef. i highly doubt you eat 4.4 pounds of beef every night.

    Well, basic science say yes. Calories in, calories out.


    I'm not even going to read all of this because I don't have the time to investigate, but I will say I eat about 20oz of meat on an average day

    Yesterday I hate 16oz of pork sausages and 22oz of brussel sprouts. 750ml of red wine. Probably 6 espressos.

    I like it. My weekly batch of veggie burgers is not the same when I make them with white rice. (Reported for racism)
