+1. Every now and then the gubmint offices shut down if a storm is bad enough. I hope for many of those each winter.

    Snowfall is awesome.

Snow on the ground and roads sucks.

It should only be allowed to snow on mountains and in backyards.

I am kinda pissed that I didn't go to Philly this weekend....because yesterday I could have raced in a junkyard without snow:

And then today I could have raced in the SSCX world championships in a ton of snow!

Not sure, but it probably would have been terrible. She's an awful cook, too.

I'm reading a thread on another forum about The Wire being overrated and I'm all I can't respect anyone's opinion on anything who can't appreciate The Wire.

And to think, as I was reading the The Wire post, I was going, "nah, not gonna get into it this time."

    This may solve your problem.

I tend to eat all foods like a hippogriff. Tends to lead to numerous digestive disorders.... perhaps i should look into this solution as well.

I have been reading job application dossiers all evening, the vast majority of which all look pretty much the same to where I succumb to the feeling of bored.

Also, I am chair of my academic department (short term) and so I've gotta get my buns to the office at an hour earlier than to which I am accustomed.

Request head shots of applicants to hone your decision.

If I did that, I would be fired to where I wouldn't be able to pay my Charter bill and would lose the ability to post at Styleforum website. I know many would like that result, but I for one would not hehehe!

Also, I wish applicants and recommenders would stop writing things like "I would relish the opportunity to do x." I hate the word "relish" because it puts me in mind of that awful pickly condiment that some people put on their foods.

Hmm, I do like pickles, but I hate relish. Interestingly understandable.
