I know. I speak (at least I still understand) Mandarin. The rest of the conversation was what made it insulting. Not gonna dwell on it though. I'll go to the other sushi joint across the street, they're much friendlier.

maybe you shouldn't patronize a sushi place ran by a chinese guy, 是嗎?
I haven't actually encountered a sushi place ran by a brother, and to tell you frankly most chinese folks aren't adept to preparing food outside of their own culture... its not like they're mexicans! :)

theodore.. is his chipmunk girlfriend a pudgy closet lesbian chipmunk?

Beat me to it. It's pissing me off that there are all these sushi places where they speak Mandarin.

No; they're all set owning Richmond. With India having firm rights to Surrey, and Yoga Pant Bestooned Soccer Moms holding firm in North Vancouver, I think it's a M.A.D. thing, with no group trying to claim the adjacent Vancouver.

Sushi in Denmark should be avoided at all cost.

I've actually yet to set foot in a sushi place here that's not run by Chinese people...

Yeah, it's not that good. I miss the stuff in Iceland. Granted that's not made by Japanese people either, but it's a hell of a lot better (amazing fish).

Dude, Amager. We have three kinds of food: Overpriced Indo-Pakistani that isn't good, "Italian Pizza" that's always run by a Syrian guy and sells mostly kebab and falafel, and "asian" which is always something called "Running Sushi" (still haven't figured that shit out) and "Hot Wok". I genuinely think people in this neighborhood would freak out if they couldn't get spring rolls with their spicy tuna or a pizza without kebab on top.

Edit: oh yeah, and a Jensens Bofhus, but that place manages to make Appelbees look upscale. Does anyone under the age of 70 ever eat in one of those?

Jensen Bøfhus don't get me started and don't google them, that shit is disgusting and only people with small children and idiots eat there.

The best part, is the reasoning behind it, it's cheap, which it isn't they charge 200kr for a main, which you can get better AND cheaper else where.

Walk down to bryggen, better food and better looking people, kulturhuset on the waterfront should have good food, from what I've heard.

I have weird rule about not eating food from a country not made by someone from said country, which means I pretty much stick to sandwiches at this point chicken, bacon with pesto :slayer:

    What is a Bennigans?

Lol, working ungodly hours just so you can drive around in a Jagwire. How are the ulcers, and hair loss?.

I worked 16.5 hours last week, almost fucking killed me, but 2 month paid vacation coming up soon so I shouldn't complain.

Sushi is all about the rice and vinegar, the fish is a garnish.

Strangey popular in Korea. It's also more upscale than in the us but then so are a lot of western chains like Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut in Korea is almost luxury
