I hate bugs so much. This year, the amount of bug bites I've received are seriously like two dozen. Never been this bad before.

Somehow Genevieve has gotten the idea that any sentence that is paradoxical or obscure must express a profound truth. Also, she thinks that sentences spoken as David Carradine would speak them are especially profound. (And she thinks "betimes" is a classy way of saying "sometimes.")

Genevieve: Betimes it is hunger that satiates and satiety... ... that behungers.
Me: That doesn't make a lot of sense.
Genevieve: Betimes that which makes least sense... ...is that which makes... ...most sense.
Me: Try to express yourself more clearly. It is not the way of a cat to speak so obscurely.
Genevieve: Betimes that which is most clear is that which man... ...cannot hear... ... Will not hear.
Me: I'm going to clip your nails now.
Genevieve: Aww hell no no way my nails ain't need of clipping.
    Me: Good job.

I mysteriously got a bunch of flea bites the other day. I suspect it happened in the Barney's dressing room.

Corrupt thieving mail carriers. Over the last 6 months it has gotten truly ridiculous. I've had 4 parcels from the B&S and 2 from eBay go missing. Thankfully I haven't been taken for too much, probably less than $500 but it has now meant I can no longer shop for clothes this way. When I query with the post office, I get the standard - not yet in the country response - absolute bullshit. Welcome to the fucking third world

rat poison would work a treat. Also, boil down a few cans of snuff if she's a smoker, drop some in her coffee. Looks natural.
