What's going on with the pants? Slightly flared (for boots)? Not sure I'm loving the proportions/silhouette on this one.

No, they're straight-leg (about an 8" hem). I've been struggling between hemming them and letting them stack like that. They've been sitting in my closet for over a year but this is the first time I've worn them.

    Comfy, though (cupro lining [IMG])

    edit - they're these:

KJ, I think the pants are just new and will settle/stack a lot better after some wears.

An 8" hem usually looks pretty sloppy with stacks but with a lighter silk blend fabric it may work out pretty well after they settle. Might need a hem though, hard to say...

Overall a great fit besides the strange stacking though.

Picture isn't working for me, but maybe just trying them with some boots (and keeping the stack) would work out better (I feel like the sneakers themselves are a bit jarring). Still not sure about the bomber/sweater combo here, though; everything seems quite tight around the waist but you're not getting the flare through the thighs that would offset it. Could just be the picture, of course, but maybe even just a longer knit (pulling it down, even?) would help. Perhaps the pants just appear a bit out of place. Solid look with denim, I would guess.

I agree with you on all of these points, not really my best fit. I'll revisit this.

I don't know why people hunch over or have this pussy, self-depreciating stance. It is like a hunch or a slouch... are we suppose to feel bad for you? Is it suppose to be some visual rhetoric to fish for more thumbs?

Either stand up straight and strong and stand behind what you posted i.e. confident in your outfit, or gtfo

    or hit the gym

Or I mean you can always find a better angle, get a tripod...

    @ moo - A dank.

@ toasty - whom are you referring to? Also, sometimes I think that pose it looks pretty cool. I don't think anybody is necessarily looking for sympathy or being self depreciating or looking for thumbs, sometimes it's just a cool looking pose.

Surely slouching is infinitely preferable to awkward robopose fitpics? I slouch my way through life in general though.
